HP-Connect Sweden VMS SIG & Annual Meeting

Welcome to the first VMS-SIG meeting of 2018, hosted by VMS Software Inc., April 23rd and 24th at the World Trade Centre, Malmö, Sweden. We expect this to be an informative and action-packed two days, full of interesting talks and useful information, with presenters from VMS-SIG members, VMS Software Inc., and perhaps one or two special guests!

Where and when

The event will be hosted over two days from lunch-to-lunch on the 23rd and 24th of April at the World Trade Centre in Malmö, located a short walk (15-20 minutes) from Malmö Central Station and the Old Town.

If you are visiting from out of town and need accommodation, we would recommend considering the following options:

Hotel Garden ( Generally very cost-effective; comfortable rooms and an excellent buffet breakfast; located in the Old Town, approximately a 20 minute walk with the World Trade Centre.

Renaissance Malmö ( Another nice option in the Old Town.

Park Inn by Radisson Malmö ( A modern hotel, and literally 100m from the World Trade Centre facility. Special conference room prices: 925kr for a single room and 1025kr for double room. Please contact to book rom at Park Inn by Radisson to be eligble for conference room prices.


If you are travelling to the event from outside of Sweden we would recommend flying into Copenhagen International Airport and taking the train across the bridge to Malmö. Tickets for the train can be purchased in the airport arrivals area and Malmö Central Station is the third stop.
